Hikari Family Prices

Note, however, that if your apartment building already has Hikari (fiber optic) service installed, the prices on the pages linked below will not apply. The prices for Hikari in building where it's already installed are significantly lower. To learn if your building already has Hikari installed, complete an Availability Check Request.

NTT East and West

Flet's services are provided by two companies: NTT East and NTT West and each has its own pricing scheme. NTT East land line phone numbers start with 01 through 04 and NTT West numbers are 05 through 09.

Note, however, phone numbers that have a zero in the 3rd position (e.g., 050, 070, 080, 090) are not landline numbers and thus cannot be used for this check. Also, of course, the Japan country code "81" is replaced with a "0" in domestic calling.

Find your area by the regular NTT landline phone numbers (not mobile numbers) or your area:

NTT East landline phone numbers start with 01 through 04 and cover the following prefectures:

NTT West landline numbers start with 05 through 09 and cover the following prefectures:
