Back to the BBapply FAQ Hotmail "Safe Sender" SettingQ. I use Hotmail(or Windows Live) and want to make sure I receive email from BBapply. How do I do that? A. Hotmail and Windows Live have a very agressive filter that blocks a lot of mail that is not spam. Although the Hotmail/Windows Live pages say questionable mail will go into your "Junk" folder, that's not 100% true. Mail from BBapply, which is never "unsolicited," is routinely bounced by Hotmail's servers before it reaches our requestor's mailbox. To ensure you get our email, you must add "@bbapply.com" to your "Safe Sender" list. It's not difficult. Here's how: How to set BBapply.com as a 'safe' domainIf you're using "Hotmail Classic" (the old version of Hotmail) follow the instructions in "A." If you're using the new version, "Windows Live" use the instructions in "B." A. Hotmail Classic
B. MSN Windows Live
Mail still being blocked? If the above doesn't fix the problem, you might try the solution "bdbrown" found here.
