What BBapply Isn't ...

BBapply is not your internet service provider even if you signed up here.

According to our contract with the providers, we are not supposed to answer any questions after you are connected (and are not paid for giving support).

However, that doesn't mean we will abandon you after filing your application with the provider.

In spite of the rules, we do provide help and guidance to the extent we are able but some things, especially technical problems that are not local on your system (i.e., line problems) and billing, we simply do not have access to the technicians or info you may need.

We will help you to the extent that we can but we ask that--before contacting us--you look for the answer in our online support areas or with the actual service provider. Links and phone numbers for that follow. If that fails, then please feel free to ask us anything.
