What BBapply Isn't

BBapply is not your internet service provider even if you signed up here.

We are paid by the Service Providers only for helping you apply. We are not paid for answering questions about trouble connecting, billing or canceling service.

However, that doesn't mean we will abandon you after filing your application with the provider.

In fact, we will help you to the extent that we can. But we ask that--before contacting us--you look for the answer in our online support areas or with the actual service provider. Links and phone numbers for that follow. If that fails, then please feel free to ask us anything and using the service.

Yahoo! BB English Account Support:

Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday (Japanese only)

NTT Telephone and Flet's Support

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday) from mobile phones and NTT landlines only:

  • 0120-364-463 in Eastern Japan or at
  • 0120-064-337 in Western Japan

(Note: this line is often busy. If you have trouble getting through, you might want to try calling at exactly 9:00 AM before the line has a chance to get too long.)
